My first visit. Everyone was remarkable, did their best to make me comfortable and feeling welcomed. Very professional. Did a complete exam and actually listened very carefully to my concerns! Gave me treatment options to consider that worked for me and considered my priorities. Absolute 5 star recommendation.

I had a dental emergency arise during the COVID pandemic. My usual dentist was unsure when they would be open and was not even seeing patients on an emergent basis. Someone on the New Berlin Facebook Community Connection page recommended NB Dental/Dr. Clifford. I called Dr. Clifford's office late on a Friday and Dr. Clifford called me back to talk about what was going on. We agreed I needed to come in and be treated. I was able to make an appointment that week and have been back again for a second visit. I will be returning in 3 weeks to have a permanent crown placed. Dr. Clifford and her entire staff are wonderful to work with. The procedure I had was completely painless (which I appreciated)! I will be switching over to Dr. Clifford for all my dental care.

I switched to New Berlin Dental Group in September because my previous dentist’s location didn’t make sense for me after we moved. I have been really happy with my first 2 visits! Beth the hygienist is really knowledgeable and I enjoy talking to her during my visits. Dr. Clifford is great as well! I would highly recommend New Berlin Dental Group!

Fantastic! I’m so glad that we found New Berlin Dental Group. My boys went in for their first dental appointment and everyone there was so welcoming and extremely kind. They greeted my family with kindness and smiles then gave the boys some crayons and a coloring book to keep them occupied. They explained every step of every process to my boys to help them understand everything that was going on. When they were done with my oldest son they cleaned all of the tools and the entire room before bringing in my second son for his cleaning. After completing their dental cleaning, they gave each boy a goody bag. The kids had such a great experience they keep asking when they are going back. They are excited for their next appointment at New Berlin. Receptionist is Wonderful! Staff is fantastic! Office is beautiful and clean. I never settle when it comes to finding good doctors for my family and I and I am So happy with this place and I’m so glad we found you guys! Stop your search! This is the place to go for your dental work!

Everyone was wonderful! It is a very comfortable setting with knowledgeable staff. From making the appointment, verifying insurance coverage, and explaining a treatment plan. Fantastic!

The staff at the New Berlin Dental Group treats my family like they really do appreciate our business. I have been going there since I was a kid and am happy to take my family there now. They are friendly, thorough, affordable and seem to genuinely care about the health of our teeth. I would recommend them to anyone

My daughter is 2.5 years old and I was so terrified to take her anywhere for the dentist because she doesnt like doctors visits. Once we walked through the door everyone greeted her and made her feel so comfortable, the staff honestly went above and beyond my expectations and we cant wait to go back in 6 months! she was so proud of having her teeth cleaned! Thank you so much so everything you did to make us feel at home!

Everyone is very friendly, informative, and professional! The location is easy to find, very clean, and well organized! They were also very helpful with insurance benefits and very transparent! If you are looking for a new place, look no further.

WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!Called to speak with Dr. Amanda directly about issue below and was road blocked by receptionists and then hung up on. Still getting calls from their insurance mess up over a year later! The staff did not check my insurance card and now call me every so many months to ask if I can make calls for them. They took an x-ray of my mouth when I asked them not to until they made sure it was covered by insurance. Since they are having issue with the claim I received a call today threatening me that they would make me pay for the entire charge. Never had these issues for the years we saw a male dentist at this same office. So disappointed, switching dentists.
